Burnout to Balance

Before you start reading this guide, I want to be clear with you: I am not a doctor, psychologist, therapist, psychiatrist, or any kind of licensed mental health or medical professional. I do not play one online, and I am absolutely not pretending to be one here.

What I am is someone who has lived the chaos. Someone who has stared at a ceiling at 2 a.m. wondering how they managed to be exhausted and wired at the same time. Someone who has forgotten appointments, missed deadlines, hyperfocused on a random hobby for three weeks straight and then dropped it entirely, and crashed hard after long stretches of overdoing it. Someone who has tried the advice "just make a to-do list" and wanted to laugh, cry, and flip a table all at once.

This guide is a collection of practical things that have genuinely helped me. Strategies, mindset shifts, small daily habits, and honest observations about what it actually feels like to try to function in a world that was not exactly designed with the ADHD brain in mind. Some of it will resonate with you immediately. Some of it may not apply to your life at all. That is completely okay.
